Lucy at Parlour is a specialist laser and advanced skin studio based in Queenstown, offering personalised treatments from a private, appointment-only space.

Established in Queenstown for nearly two years, Parlour was created to provide a calm, considered and personal treatment experience. Operate on an appointment-only basis, meaning your time is reserved just for you - allowing us to run to time, avoid the rushed feeling of a busy clinic, and focus fully on your individual skin goals.

After 15+ years working in technology, founder Lucy brought her love of innovation into the world of advanced skin and laser. With a long-standing interest in beauty and skincare, she has completed 400 hours of laser and IPL training, including three weeks of in-person intensive training, and is NZQA qualified in Cosmetic Lasers and Intense Light Source Therapies.

Lucy is also a Microneedling and Mesoneedling Specialist and a highly rated Dermaplane Pro technician, bringing a thoughtful, educated and detail-focused approach to every treatment.
