Small vascular spots, veins & cherry angiomas

Small vascular spots, including cherry angiomas, are common red or ruby-coloured marks caused by clusters of tiny blood vessels close to the surface of the skin.

Visible vessels, sometimes called broken capillaries or telangiectasia, are small linear red blood vessels that can appear on areas such as the cheeks, nose or chin.

They can appear anywhere on the face or body and often become more noticeable with age. While generally harmless, they can be treated for cosmetic reasons if their appearance bothers you.

At Parlour, selected vascular spots can be treated using advanced laser technology designed to target the visible blood vessels while minimising impact on the surrounding skin.

Best suited for:

  • Small red vascular spots

  • Broken capillaries

  • Telangiectasia

  • Cherry angiomas

  • Isolated superficial blood vessels (facial veins)

What to expect

The laser delivers controlled energy into the vascular target, causing the vessel to heat and gradually be cleared by the body. The area may initially appear darker, redder or slightly swollen following treatment before settling.

Some small vascular spots may respond well to a single treatment, while others may require additional sessions depending on their size, depth and individual response.
